Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using the AsiaEurope Jobs mobile application and platform (collectively, the “App” or “Platform”) operated by Unicorn Media Tech Ltd. (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

 

1. Acceptance of Terms

 

By accessing or using the App or Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these Terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing the App or Platform.

 

2. Use of the App

2.1. Eligibility

 

You must be at least 16 years old to use the App or Platform. By using the App or Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements.

 

2.2. Account Creation

 

To access certain features of the App or Platform, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information during the account creation process. You must maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breaches.

 

2.3. Prohibited Activities

 

You agree not to engage in any of the following activities while using the App or Platform:

 

a) Violating any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights;

 

b) Impersonating any person or entity or falsely representing your affiliation with any person or entity;

 

c) Posting or transmitting any content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable;

 

d) Interfering with the operation of the App or Platform, including introducing viruses, malware, or other harmful code.

 

3. Intellectual Property

3.1. Ownership

 

All intellectual property rights in the App or Platform and its contents (excluding user-generated content) are owned by or licensed to us. These rights are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

 

3.2. Limited License

 

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App or Platform for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App or Platform without our prior written consent.

 

4. User-Generated Content

4.1. Responsibility for Content

 

You are solely responsible for the content you post, upload, or transmit through the App or Platform. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content.

 

4.2. Prohibited Content

 

You agree not to post or transmit any content that:

 

a) Infringes upon any intellectual property or proprietary rights of others;

 

b) Contains viruses, malware, or any other harmful code;

 

c) Is defamatory, obscene, or violates any applicable laws or regulations.

 

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

5.1. Use at Your Own Risk

 

You understand and agree that the use of the App or Platform is at your own risk. We do not warrant that the App or Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

 

5.2. No Employment Guarantee

 

While we strive to connect job seekers and employers, we do not guarantee employment or specific job placements. We are not responsible for the actions or omissions of any employer or candidate using the App or Platform.

 

6. Limitation of Liability

 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App or Platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

 

7. Indemnification

 

You agree

 

 to indemnify, defend, and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the App or Platform or any violation of these Terms.

 

8. Modifications to Terms

 

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. The updated Terms will be posted in the App or Platform. Your continued use of the App or Platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

 

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

 

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romanian and European regulations . Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Romania.

 

10. Severability

 

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

 

11. Entire Agreement

 

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and AsiaEurope Jobs regarding your use of the App or Platform and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
